One of our favorite places to dine alfresco just happens to be the best place to be for Cinco de Mayo: Lopez. Listen to live music from Suavecito Project while you sip on a blood orange margarita. Enjoy drink specials ALL DAY! Share a gooey delicious app like their goat cheese fundido (I’d put it in a cup and drink it it’s so damn good); the sweet & spicy calamari; or the shrimp and grits with smoked Gouda. And then dig into their roasted pork or puffy tacos. Cinco de Mayo seating at Lopez is on a first come, first serve basis.
Great night, great food and drinks sitting under the stars for less than $30 a person. Not bad!
