12th Annual Wiffle for Cancer Tournament • Sunday, June 12
The 12th Annual Wiffle for Cancer Tournament is coming up on Sunday, June 12th. The tournament will be held in honor of Nick Currey, in support of the Nick Currey Fund for Ewing Sarcoma Research. Over the past 11 years, a total of 480 teams have competed in 1,600 games, raising $155,000 for the Nick Currey Fund. There will be six round robin games proceeded by a single-elimination round and then a championship game. Be sure to think of a team name and come prepared with a fun team “uniform.” Prizes will be awarded to those with the most creative names, t-shirts, and costumes.
