Val’s Tavern-You Won’t Be Disappointed

I just dined at Val’s Tavern for the first time. I had heard about it from friends and family over the years. Everyone said how great the food was and it is an iconic place for those who grew up in the area. It has been around since 1942. I had to give it a try when I was in the area. I was not disappointed. I ordered a sautéed shrimp appetizer that was fabulous. Some of my group ordered chicken parm and loved it. I ordered one of their famous thin crust pizzas and it was delicious. Some of my other friends swear by the lobster pizza pie, one of their specialties. If you live in the area, you must give it a try! Call ahead for a reservation.
