There are 2 Regal Eagles in Our Midst

From Cleveland Metroparks

For the first time in 100 years, a lovely bald eagle couple is calling the city of Cleveland its home! It’s the first active nest within the actual city limits of Cleveland in more than a century! The nest is located in a cottonwood tree at the Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation about a mile south of Harvard Avenue. With winter’s trees bare, for now, you can spot the nest from the Ohio Erie Canal Towpath. Parking is available at Station Road Bridge Parking lot.  So far, they’re empty nesters: no eggs have been spotted yet.
