They have 37% vitamin C of your daily need which can give your immune system a boost! Vitamins C and E in sweet potatoes have been shown to support eye health and prevent degenerative damage.
They’re also a great source for copper, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and phosphorus. And they have 0 grams of fat (unless you fry them, of course.)
