For those who love béarnaise sauce, this takes the cake.  Very easy and versatile for filet, eggs and asparagus.

Egg Salad w/Fresh Herbs (in Pitas)

Egg salad is delicious anytime of the year.  I love this version with fresh herbs and multigrain pita bread. Terrific way to use those hard-boiled eggs you all dyed for Easter!

Prosciutto-Wrapped Hearts of Palm w/Garlic Remoulade

Not the prettiest of appys, but these rolls are packed with flavor.  The balsamic vinegar reduction adds sweetness and the prosciutto gives them a salty flair.  The garlic remoulade is the icing on top!
