Surviving 8th Grade

Ridgewood parents are invited to watch a free screening of the film, “Eighth Grade” the 2018 comedy-drama film written and directed by Bo Burnha that chronicles the life of thirteen-year-old, Kayla, as she tries to survive the last week of middle school. The film captures the awkwardness of being a middle schooler and exposes the challenges that adolescents face in our age of social media.
Adults only as the film is rated R.
A discussion of the movie will follow on Friday, December 7 at 9 a.m. at BFMS Parent Center.
