Our St. Patty’s Day smoothie gets it’s green from spinach and kale both loaded with fiber, iron, vitamin K, C, A and calcium.
Our St. Patty’s Day smoothie gets it’s green from spinach and kale both loaded with fiber, iron, vitamin K, C, A and calcium.
SIZE: 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup pineapple-I use frozen from Trader Joe’s
1 banana
a handful of spinach
a handful of kale
chia seeds
DIRECTIONS: Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can doctor it up however you would like. If you use fresh pineapple, add ice.
