New Parklet in Westfield
If there’s one thing we know about folks in Westfield it’s that they love–and are passionate–about their town. So it’s no surprise that there has been so much talk about the new parklet space on Elm Street. I have seen, heard and read about the arguments for and against the new outdoor space.
