This is a great opportunity to make some money this summer, meet some new people and learn a new skill!! The Ridgewood Y is staffing not only the pools at the Oak Street location, but also the lifeguarding at Darlington Lake in Mahwah.
You DO NOT need to be certified, the staff at the Ridgewood Y will provide free training for your certification after your initial interview.

Salary at the Oak Street, Ridgewood location:
$12-$15 starting
$2 shift differential for the following days / times: All days before 9am, Friday 6pm until close, Saturday and Sunday 12pm on.
Salary at the Darlington Lake location:
$13-$16/hour. $.50 raise after working 6 weeks, $.50 additional raise after 10 total weeks.
If you work Labor Day Weekend — $150 bonus!!
