Madison’s First Fitness Crawl
Sunday, November 5 from 10:00am to 1:00am
I am so curious about the studios in Madison that I have seen pop up here and there, but haven’t taken the time to visit. Having the physical experience of a class is the only way I can decide whether or not it will benefit my fitness routine. Most importantly, mixing things up and trying something new never fails to increase my motivation.
Recently, after taking a free demo class, I began a trial membership at Club Pilates in Madison. So far I love it. It’s different than anything I’ve done in the past, is easier on my joints, yet very challenging. The studio is new, immaculate, and comfortable. Classes are limited to the number of reformer machines, a plus for consistency and personal attention. Instructors, of which I’ve had 3 so far, have been great. If I had not attended the complimentary demo class, I would have kept wondering if it was right for me…..therefore, I believe The Fitness Crawl is a great opportunity to “sample” studio classes in a manageable amount of time. And at no cost to you, what do you have to lose?
As part of the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign, Madison’s 1st Fitness Crawl will take place on Sunday, November 5 from 10:00am-1:00pm. Participants will check in between 9:00am-9:50am at Jolie, located at 32 Main Street in Madison, and presented with a “Crawl Punch Card”. Complimentary trial classes begin at 10:00am running every half hour until 1:00pm, with the final stop and closing “cool down session” taking place at Jolie.
Register online no later than October 25.
