Turn ordinary store-bought, chocolate cupcakes into something fun and festive for an easy last minute treat for your kids’ Halloween party. You can make these batty cupcakes simply by adding edible candy eyes (you’ll find them with the cake decorating supplies at your grocery store) and use oreo halves for wings.
