Just in time for summer and warm strolls in town, something sweet is coming to Ridgewood: Ice Cream by Mike. Mike opened 3 years ago in a tiny store in Hackensack and lucky for us, he is coming to Ridgewood to expand. Their store will offer 14 flavors from a rotating list using the best ingredients like Valrhona chocolate and Tahitian vanilla beans. Flavors we can’t wait to try include Salted Caramel, Wet Walnuts and Toasted Coconut! Our tastebuds can hardly wait!
