One of my family’s favorite shows is The Great American Food Truck Race. Its like “Big Big Brother” meets “Food Truck Cooking.” So I was so excited to learn that Clark will be hosting the Food Truck and Rock Carnival on September 18-20 in Oak Ridge Park. Try one of the 50+ food trucks that will be there all weekend long including Empanada Guy, The Angry Crab, Oink and Moo BBQ, Tacoholic, House of Cupcakes. Since it is a rock carnival too, grab a micro brew and listen to performances by Alice Cooper, Slash, Twisted Sister, The Used, Skid Row and more. Kids can ride the Super Slide, Music Express, Dragon Wheel or Hurricane. And don’t miss the pig races. FirstEnergy Park, Lakewood, NJ.
