Don’t Miss Cleveland Eats, a culinary festival organized by the Hospitality Management Center of Excellence at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®)The day will feature more than 30 of the region’s top chefs plus locally brewed beer, onstage music, culinary demonstrations and a fireworks finale. Adult admission is $5 to Saturday festivities, which will run from noon to 10 p.m. (Children age 12 and under get in free.)
A Thursday night benefit preceding the festival will raise scholarship money for Tri-C culinary students and the city’s next generation of great chefs. Tickets to the Small Bites, Big Dreams event by the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation start at $150.
Cleveland Eats opens on Friday with a free after-work street party from 4-9 p.m. featuring food trucks, craft breweries and music at Mall B. A high school culinary competition will take place earlier in the day.
