Irish Soda Bread-No Gluten or Processed Sugar

This recipe rocks. I slightly changed it to add more protein. I made it last night and everyone including the kids loved it. It is gluten-free and processed sugar-free. This should be your new go-to for St. Patty’s day.

The Wilde Oscar Cocktail

Based on a traditional Old-Fashioned, this cocktail uses Guinness and bourbon. INGREDIENTS 1.5 oz Bourbon 1 oz Guinness Stout 1/2 oz Rich Simple Syrup Dash of Botanical Bitters Stir all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass. Strain cocktail over a large ice cube. Garnish with a large orange peel and maraschino cherry.
