Blossom Time: Rides, Games, Food, & Hot Air Balloons!

It’s one of the best weekends to be in Chagrin Falls: Blossom Time. Every year Memorial Day weekend, the Chagrin Valley Jaycees organize a carnival with games, food, and rides in Chagrin River Park.

There’s also The Blossom Time Run, a 5.25-mile road race, hot air balloon launches and the inimitable Balloon Glow on Thursday night, one of the most incredible light shows you’ll ever see. A plethora of food trucks will be there too satisfy every craving and The Blossom Time Music Festival brings some of the most talented musicians in our region.

Plus enjoy to watch a few brave folks get a little messy at fun events like the Pizza-Eating Contest Thursday and Friday at 8pm and the Pie Eating Contest  Friday at 6pm. The Hot Air Balloon Launch is from 6:00 to 8:30 pm on Thursday, May 23.
