Back to School Brunch…for the Parents!
Right now you might be sad summer only has a few weeks left. The stress-free days of waking up late and not having to be anywhere. But just think of all the things you can do once school has started without children in tow. So in celebration of this event, have a mommy brunch with your friends. After taking the kids to the first day of school, invite your friends over for a “Back to School Brunch”.
Bake a few casseroles like Emily’s ham hash or potato, sausage & spinach breakfast casserole. Make some bite size easy egg florentine muffins, french toast bites, or mini veggie fritattas. Add mimosas and invite the girls over.
Breathe a collective sigh of relief. It’s worthy of a celebration!
