Why you have to fight stress
My over-scheduled kids will get to their practices and games almost on time. They will have fairly clean uniforms. Their homework will not suffer. It is game time people. Time to pick up the pace and throw caution to the wind. Time to ignore all the signs and signals your body is sending you and get the damn job done. But, while you are busy with your chauffeuring and chaperoning duties, your health is suffering.
