100 Jacks
90 High Knees
80 Bum Kicks
70 Mountain Climbers
60 (seconds) plank
50 Squats
40 Speed Skaters
30 Split Squat Jumps
20 Burpees
10 Reverse Burpees (from standing, squat down, roll onto your shoulders then back onto your feet and jump up)
Repeat as needed (when drowsiness, lethargy, or boredom start setting in).
