Peachy Bellini Cocktails
Ingredients
3 ounces of Prosecco
2 ounces fresh peach puree or peach juice
Directions
Peel peaches and purée. Strain the juice so there are no chunks. You can also buy peach juice. Add 1 ounce of the purée or juice to a 6-ounce flute. Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco.
You can also use peach schnapps instead for a slightly stronger bellini. Blend 1/2 ounce liqueur with 3 ounces of Prosecco.
