A Classic In GC!

Located in the heart of the village at 176 Seventh Street, Walk Street is one of my most favorite spots to meet up with the girls and catch up on all of the local scoop. They are open for lunch M-F from noon until 3pm and reopen for dinner at five pm. Whether you like to dine al fresco or in their spacious dining room, the service is always top notch. My favorites for lunch are the Maryland crab cakes served on an English muffin with a sweet garlic sauce and mouth watering coleslaw and french fries on the side. However, truth be told, I am a carnivore at heart and another favorite is the classic grilled, open faced flank steak sandwich! Garden City is known for its tree lined streets and antique lamp posts. Take a stroll down Seventh Street and enjoy a glass of wine – from their extensive wine menu at Walk Street.
