Most Convenient for Commuters!

Whenever I have plans to meet a friend coming in from the city, I always recommend my “go to” place: Chadwicks American Chophouse and Bar. Located at 49 Front Street, it is directly across the street from the RVC LIRR. Normally, we go for happy hour and snack on the chicken meatballs and fried calamari. When feeling especially sinful, I treat myself to the lobster, shrimp and scallops risotto.

Chef Art Gustafson creates masterpieces that are as pleasing to look at as they are to eat! There is something for everyone on the menu, and whether you are in the mood for pasta, (the braised pork ragu is spectacular!) a hearty steak, or a healthy dose of cedar planked salmon, Chadwicks consistently will rise to your expectations. Happy hour is M-F and offers 2 for one on beer and wine and a special bar menu that features $6 apps from 3:30-6:30.
