Baked Wings
Here is a healthier version of chicken wings. Serve these up at your Super Bowl party. Remember a serving size is only three for those of you watching your weight.
Ingredients:
24 chicken wings
6 tomatillos diced(mix in blender)
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp. chopped cilantro
Bake wings at 375 for approximately 25 minutes. Toss cooked chicken in sauce until coated, serve immediately.
