A Great Night For A Great Cause!
On the heels of yesterday’s Election Day – a day that has left many of us feeling that we are a country divided – I thought I would mention an event happening right here in Westfield to support our Troops, Veterans and their families. The 6th Annual Casino Night at the Westfield Armory, on
Saturday, November 19th at 7pm.
Hosted by Bonds of Courage and the 117th Cavalry Association, the event serves to bring our community together with the Soldiers and Veterans that serve within it. Casino Night is always scheduled around Veterans Day. It is a fun night for a great cause and a way to say thank you to all of our local service men and women, active or retired.
Bonds of Courage is an non-profit organization that supports troops, veterans and their families. They work to meet needs involving jobs, health, family relationships and finances. They refer and follow through on resource referrals, offer career transition & mentor veterans programs, provide provisions for deployed troops, homeless veterans and much more.
Tickets to Casino Night include $60 in gambling chips, buffet dinner, beer, and wine.
