The Angel Tree

Rumson Public Works will host a Toy Drive to benefit the The Salvation Army of Red Bank Corps and their Angel Tree Tag Program. The drive will take place Friday, December 11 and Saturday, December 12 at the Rumson Public Works Garage located 80 East River Road, Rumson, behind the Municipal Building. Be a part of this and help make Christmas wishes happen!

You can help in other ways too. The Salvation Army would welcome some much needed help this holiday season. Take a few hours or a day and ring a bell with your friends/family at a local store; help distribute holiday baskets and gifts; drop food off for their pantry or simply make a donation.

Former Art Director for Home Magazine, Heather Leahy Zachariah, left her career in publishing after baby number number one. She now works from home as a freelance graphic designer and a chauffeur to her 3 busy kids. "Working on TipsFromTown has been a wonderful outlet for me. Heather grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio, a place that still is near and dear to her.
