Ramsey Farmers’ Market Has Touch A Truck And Face Painting This Sunday
Fall at the non-profit Ramsey Farmers’ Market is phenomenal! Every Sunday, rain or shine, the market opens outside from 9AM-2PM at the Main St train station where market goers find the freshest, local, seasonal produce and products ranging from organic and responsibly grown vegetables and fruits, artisan breads and fine cheeses, local wine, gourmet nuts and dried fruits, artisanal coffee and tea, hot cider, fine alpaca wear, yak and goat meat,eggs from free range chickens, fresh fish directly from the Hampton Bays, made on site guacamole, homemade pastas, sauces and soups, kombucha and kimchi, organic prepared salads and burritos, hummus and falafels,gluten free baked products and prepared foods, handmade pet treats, gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and so much more.
In addition the Ramsey Farmers’ Market features outstanding guest vendor visits, chef demos, great music and scheduled children’s crafts. The Junior Women’s Club of Ramsey will celebrate their popular Touch a Truck and Pumpkin Painting at the market on Sunday, October 25th. The market has become a regular Sunday destination for the entire family and there is still more to come, as the market continues outside through November 29th, before it moves indoors Sundays, December through March, to the Eric Smith School.
