Supine Inner Thigh Adduction
Oh Woe is the Inner Thigh. One of the more common trouble spots for women. This exercise will help to slim them down, along with toning the glutes and strengthening the core. Lying on your back with your feet on the upper sides of an exercise ball, press them down and in to the ball and lift your hips off the floor. In this position, rotate both feet back and forth against the ball (like “waving” the feet). Do 2 sets of 10-15 “waves”.
Notes: Keep your abdominals engaged throughout the exercise. Keep your legs straight and the knees slightly bent.
Easier: Do not wave your feet, just hold the elevated position for a count of 10-15 and repeat after a brief rest.
Harder: Hold weights over your hips while doing the exercise.
