Summer Health Series – Healthy Summer Eating

Valley Hospital and Ridgewood Public Library are joining forces to offer FREE Health Sessions. Healthy Summer Eating – Cooking Demonstration and Tasting will provide tips for easy, healthy, yet tasty summer cooking. Valley Executive Chef Janet Brancato will do a cooking demonstration which will be available for tasting.

Wednesday, July 25, 7-8:30 pm at Ridgewood Public Library (125 N. Maple Ave, Ridgewood)
