Carrie’s Cocktail: The Cosmo

I can’t think of a Cosmo without thinking of the Carrie and her besties sitting at the bar in “Sex and the City.” And although the cosmo has passsed it prime a bit from what it was in the 90s, when I do think to order one, I’m always enjoy it and think to myself that I should order it more often!

1 1⁄2 oz citrus vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice
a dash cranberry juice

Directions
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If you like, you can garnish it with a slice of lime or orange.
