Chef Gaccione worked alongside the talented Bobby Flay at South + Pine American Eatery in Morristown. Gaccione brings her own fresh spin to Classic American dining using seasonal ingredients paired with modern flavors.

1. Chilled sweet corn and coconut soup filled with fresh local crab, avocado, and topped with cilantro.

2. Chilaquiles for brunch: crispy corn tortillas topped with 3 sunny side up eggs, tomatillo salsa, cilantro, and queso fresco.

3. Perfectly grilled salmon on a bed of coconut quinoa with a red beet and carrot salad.

4. Chef Gaccione’s Award-winning fully loaded burger: she tops Angus beef with mushroom ragout, fresh arugula with buttermilk fried shallots on a buttered brioche bun. Heaven. It won “Battle for the Best Burger” at the Meadowlands in June.
