Just in time for summer and warm strolls in town, something sweet has arrived in Ridgewood: Ice Cream by Mike. Mike opened 3 years ago in a tiny store in Hackensack and lucky for us, he has decided to expand in Ridgewood. Their store will offer 18 flavors from a rotating list using the best ingredients like Drunken Cherry Vanilla and Tahitian Vanilla Beans. Flavors we can’t wait to try include Salted Caramel, Wet Walnuts and Toasted Coconut! Our tastebuds can hardly wait!
