Wyckoff Environmental Center – Pancake Breakfast/Maple Sugaring Demo

The James A McFaul Environmental Center’s Annual Pancake Breakfast and Maple Sugaring Demonstration. Come be a part of the Bergen County Environmental Center’s Pancake Breakfast!! Come enjoy delicious pancakes, scrumptious sausage, pure “Ramapo Gold” maple syrup, along with coffee, tea or juice, all prepared and served by Parks employees and volunteers!

Reservations are required for the breakfast!! Date: Sunday, March 18, 2012 RAIN OR SHINE Times: 9:00am, 10:00am or 11:00am Cost: $5.00 per person (2 and under are free) Location: Parking lot in the picnic area. The Environmental Center Staff will have a FREE public demonstration of the process of Maple Sugaring, from the tree to the table! NO RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS FREE PROGRAM The demonstrations will be held at the Sugar Shack next to the Depew Barn Demonstration times are 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm SHARP! Don’t forget to dress warm!!
