Wet Martini

prepared by and photo by Emily Doscher

Serving a martini in a true vintage martini glass (which are typically smaller) allows the sipper to enjoy the cocktail in it’s entirety prior to completely losing it’s chill.  If filling a martini in today’s glass, you may have to double the recipe!

Size: 1 serving

Ingredients:
2 ozs dry gin
1/4 oz dry vermouth
Ice
Olives, onions, or a lemon twist for garnish

Directions:

Chill a martini glass.
Add gin and dry vermouth to a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake.  Strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with with either olives, onions, or a lemon twist.
