prepared by and photo by Emily Doscher

1/4 oz dry vermouth
Ice
Olives, onions, or a lemon twist for garnish
Chill a martini glass.
Add gin and dry vermouth to a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake. Strain into chilled martini glass.
