Two Evenings of Art
Wednesday, June 1 and Thursday, June 2
Westwood Regional School District’s Department of Visual Arts is pleased to announce the first annual Art+Tech Exhibition at the Westwood Jr./Sr. High School.
The new program is a collaboration of teachers in the Art, Theatre, Digital Media, Applied Technology, and Family and Consumer Sciences departments. A series of events will take place over two days, including
• an exhibit of student art and design work (grades 6–12)
• a workshop performance of Neil Simon’s “Rumors,” presented by the Theatre Ensemble class;
• screenings of student film projects from the Digital Media program;
• and the annual fashion show, presented by the Fashion Design classes.
Wednesday, June 1
6pm: Digital Media Screening, Jr./Sr. High School Cafeteria
7 p.m: Fashion Show, Jr./Sr. High School Cafeteria
6-8 p.m: Art & Tech Exhibition, Jr./Sr. High School Lower Gym
Thursday, June 2
6-8 p.m.: Art & Tech Exhibition, Jr./Sr. High School Lower Gym
7:30 p.m.: Theatre Ensemble – Performance of Neil Simon’s “Rumors,” Jr./Sr. High School Hurley Theatre.
