The Best Grilled Shrimp in Foil Packets!

Over the weekend I made simply one of the most delicious and EASY, Breezy summer meals ever! I parboiled little red potatoes diced them in half, quartered up some fresh zucchini, added peeled fresh jumbo shrimp, and diced up kielbasa. I marinated this mixture with fresh garlic and salt, pepper and because I was all out of Old Bay Seasoning, I substituted with a dash of Adobe seasoning. I let this sit for about an hour and then made little foil packets that I portioned all the ingredients into. We set the grill to high and placed the packets on the grill – they were on no longer than 10 minutes. When we opened them up, the aroma was intoxicating and there was no mess! The flavors of the fresh shrimp mixed with the sausage created a mini party in my mouth and my guests seemed to enjoy it just as much as I did. Look at the pics! Not only was it mouth watering, but it was a healthy meal served with a side salad! Enjoy!
