Tequila-Thyme Lemonade

Thyme for a tequila cocktail. A little sugar, lots of lemon, a bit of thyme and tequila muddled together in a tasty little drink.

Ingredients:
3 thyme sprigs
2 tsp superfine sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 lemon wedges
3 oz silver tequila
1 oz cold water
Ice
Muddle thyme sprigs, sugar and lemon wedges in a glass. Add tequila, water and then ice. Stir.
