Open-Face Ham and Cheddar Sandwiches

Wonderful way to use any left over ham, or some thinly sliced Black Forest Ham.  Freshly cut apples and a side salad of green-leaf lettuces completes the meal.

Prosciutto-Wrapped Hearts of Palm w/Garlic Remoulade

Not the prettiest of appys, but these rolls are packed with flavor.  The balsamic vinegar reduction adds sweetness and the prosciutto gives them a salty flair.  The garlic remoulade is the icing on top!

Rotisserie Bar-b-que Chicken Pizza

Expect the unexpected.  Not your typical pizza and that’s what makes this pie special.   Easy to assemble with little clean-up.

Friday Night Fondue Dinner

Kids love using long fondue skewers to dip blanched veggies and bread cubes into a fondue pot filled with gooey, creamy cheese (who doesn't?).  A simple green salad is served to tone down the richness of the cheese.  Top it all off with chewy chocolate chip cookies with milk and a family-friendly flick!

Potato-Crusted Quiche with Smoked Cheddar and Canadian Bacon

A different take on the typical quiche crest.  This one uses potatoes.  The perfect combination.  Not only good for brunch but ideal for dinner with a mixed green salad and crusty bread.

Bergen-dy Cheese Puffs

Ooh la la!  Tre chic.  So buttery and cheesy.  Best served warm, but fine for a few days.  Just zap in the microwave for a few seconds and presto!  Magnifique!
