What parent hasn’t uttered those words in the past week? As we all try to keep our kids healthy, Parenting.com’s recent article on “15 Super Foods for Kids and Toddlers” gives us the lowdown on the nutritional value of each of the “super foods” and why our kids should be eating them. The list includes some fun surprises like cocoa and cinnamon. My kids will surely love the idea of cocoa as a healthy food option! The article also has lots of great info on how to make some of the less popular ones more palatable to your kids, such as tossing some tofu in fruit smoothies and soups.
