Spread the Love (and Info)

It’s February, the month of love and romance. And speaking of hearts, ladies, how well do you know yours? Did you know heart attacks are the number 1 killers of women? Yet, somehow, heart attacks still seemed to be linked directly to older males with the classic symptoms of arm and chest pain. For us women, it’s not always so straight forward and being women we have a tendency to ignore or brush aside the warning signs and symptoms. Take a few minutes to watch this video to learn more about heart attacks and maybe even get a chuckle or two as you might relate a little or a lot to the woman.
