What do you call Smoked Brisket, Smoked Kimchi, Cheese, Bacon, and Scallions on…a glazed doughnut?!? A Chonut. Or Smoked Pork Shoulder, Fatboy Sauce, and Korean Slaw on Flour Tortilla? A Korean Redneck Taco. Have you ever had–or even heard of–a Ramen Chicken Burger? If you love barbecue and you palette craves sweet, spicy and savory, you’ll be a regular at Kimchi Smoke. Though the restaurant is in soft mode one more week (Wednesday, November 9 through Saturday, November 12) the grand opening is scheduled for November 16. They’ve already been recognized by NJ Monthly’s Critic’s Choice for Best BBQ and the Record gave them 3 out of 3 stars.
