Simple and Healthy Smoothies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups OJ, calcium fortified-you can also use coconut water or milk for less sugar
1 banana
1 1/4 cups of frozen berries(strawberries, blackberries, rasberries) I buy frozen from Trader Joe's, they even have organic sometimes
1/2 cup low-fat silken tofu, or low-fat plain yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover tightly.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
