Road Tripping in Peace

Planning on hitting the highway for April Break? Perhaps one of Erin’s Southern Road Trips is on your calendar. If your family is anything like my team, a myriad of devices from phones to ipods and more will be taking the trip as well. Oftentimes, we’ve also brought along an audio book or two. Through the years, we have had some tried-and-true favorites, many of which you will likely recognize:

– Harry Potter Series – written by J.K. Rowling and narrated by the award-winning Jim Dale of Broadway fame
– Ramona Series – authored by Beverly Cleary and read by the engaging Stockard Channing
– James & The Giant Peach – written by Roald Dahl and narrated by Jeremy Irons with his ever-distinctive voice
– Superfudge and The Pain & The Great One – penned and read by the incomparable Judy Blume
