Parchment Paper

I won’t use my cookie sheets unless lined properly with parchment paper.  Stops anything from sticking to the cookies sheets, therefore, less clean-up.  There are two brands I use which are both found in any local supermarket.  The If You Care brand, because everything about it is environmentally friendly. The Reynolds brand parchment paper is ideal because it fits my cookie sheets perfectly with no overhang.  Either way, they make clean-up after baking, a heck-of-a-lot less messy!
