Pandemic: The Game

If living through a pandemic is stressing you out, you can now let off some steam playing a board game called, you guessed it, Pandemic. And in this scenario, you get to be part of the dream team that finds a cure. Surprisingly, the game came out in 2008. Players have to work together to save humanity from 4 diseases that threaten the world. You have an elite team of specialists each with a strength who must find a cure for each disease before it’s too late. You also have to contain the spread—if there are too many outbreaks, you’ll lose the game. I have to admit, I did find the idea intriguing. But for now, I think I’ll just stick with the real thing.
