NFL PLAY 60 Fun Run at 6:00 p.m on Thursday, August 30 in Central Park. This event will give youth the opportunity to take part in the evening’s festivities while getting active and moving. To celebrate the 2012 NFL Kickoff Week in New York, kids can participate in the in their own special race at the first NFL Back to Football Run. NFL greats will cheer on the young runners, whose parents will also have a chance at crossing the finish line. NFL PLAY 60 encourages kids to get up and active for at least 60 minutes each day. You can still register at the event itself this Thursday evening! All race participants will also receive a Nike® Legend Dri-FIT® T-shirt. The NFL PLAY 60 Fun Run for kids ages 2-12 begins at 6:00 pm. The entry fee for the NFL PLAY 60 Fun Run (separate application required) is $5.
