NATIONAL: Signs of the Economy Recovering, but still not enough for most

The NY Times is reporting the median income in America has risen, but is still 6% lower than what it was in 2007. So, while unemployment seems to be declining and the economy may be show signs of improvement, U.S. households still do not have the purchasing power they had sis years ago.
