Favorite local go-to salad

CHIANTI’S “KALE QUINOA SALAD”

I found a great go-to salad at one of Chatham’s local eateries. You know how sometimes you get tired of something if you’ve eaten it several times?  So far I’m still loving this one.  It’s made at Chianti Brick Oven Trattoria in downtown Chatham, they are located in the center of town at 249 Main Street.   On the menu look for the “Kale Quinoa Salad”.  And I always go for the add-on grilled chicken. Have had it with and without the crumbled goat cheese, it’s great either way.  I order this as a dinner meal and although I have polished off the entire salad on occasion, most times I will have some leftover for the following day.

In addition to brick oven pizzas and salads, Chianti has a lot of traditional italian dishes on the menu.  My husband is a fan of their chicken parmigiana, even though he tells me it is not as good as mine!  As I mentioned before, the portions are definitely generous.  They have indoor seating, and during the warmer season, a few outdoor tables as well.  Have dined in the restaurant, and ordered as delivery. Depending on the wait time, pick-up is always the fastest option.  P.S. they don’t sell pizza by the slice…..
