Kitchen Scale
Kitchen scales are extremely helpful when recipes have ingredients listed in ounces. Helps me out when I am throwing some of my Happy Hour cocktails together. Especially if I need to double, triple, quadruple the recipe. Target has both digital and mechanical scales. I am partial to the mechanical, because it’s what I’ve always had and it is cute enough to leave out as part of my kitchen decor.
