Haruo Noro Salon, Where Gorgeous Prom Hair And Makeup Come To Life

We all know Prom is all about the dress… just like weddings and the Oscars, but in order to take that stunning dress and turn it into a show-stopping look, it’s all about the hair and makeup.  My all time favorite Prom look is Old Hollywood Glamour, featuring smokey eyes with a defined black eyeliner, softer lips, and big loose curly locks.  One of Tips From Town’s favorite salons that does beautiful Prom hair and makeup is Haruo Noro Salon, right here in Ridgewood.  Talented Hair stylist Karen Skolski, and  amazing makeup artist Denise Mojica did the hair and makeup for the two winners of the Tips from Town Prom Promo last year (Taylor and Elena) and both of their looks were absolutely gorgeous!
